Consultancy Services

Based on expert knowledge, we would provide the roadmap, strategic directions, alumni database building, nurturing the alumni relationship, conducting online and offline events and get-togethers, communication templates, structuring the affairs of the alumni office and design for fundraising plans & programs.

Technology Platform

We would provide a best-of-breed software and I.T. platform for the creation and hosting of an alumni portal for the school. The software platform would provide full functionality for the conduct of the Alumni Relations Office and would provide Alumni Database Management, Alumni Activities Management, Alumni Donations & Fundraising Management.

Alumni Portal – Operations Support

We would deploy dedicated personnel to manage the activities on the alumni portal and would keep the content live and updated, respond to email and other communications from the alumni on the website, answer specific queries in consultation with the school, create and manage online chats and discussion forums, monitor content contributions from the alumni, and other portal housekeeping tasks.

Alumni Activities – Operations Support

In consultation with the school, We would plan, organize and coordinate various alumni activities including Homecoming, Class Reunions and Alumni Visits at school.

Alumni Fundraising & Donations – Operations Support

In consultation with the school, We would design Plans & Programs that can be presented to alumni for their financial support/contributions. The specific communications would also get designed and triggered to alumni through the portal/email services. Funds received would be acknowledged and further communication maintained with donors.

Plans, Budgets, Targets & Reviews

In consultation with the school, We would create a master plan for various tasks and activities with well-defined timeframes, budgets and targets. Based on the MIS from the portal, We would conduct monthly reviews with the school to monitor and control the various aspects of Alumni Relations Management
